DB Analysis Codes 1–3

Three user labelled and defined analysis codes are able to be created and applied to services in the Product Database. They can then be used to provide analysis of services. Default analysis codes can be applied to Service Codes so that the Analysis Code will automatically be applied when a new product with that service code is created.

In a new Tourplan system (or when Database Analysis Codes are not being used, these three nodes display as DB Analysis 1; DB Analysis 2 & DB Analysis 3. When they are being used, these nodes assume the labels given to the analysis codes in the Air Menu Node Module.

In the examples shown below Type Breakdown has been set as the label for DB Analysis 1 and Pass Type has been set as the label for DB Analysis 2.

On initial entry to the Database Analyses nodes, any existing records will display.
